  • You reserve a whole, half, or quarter with a deposit. Once it’s ready, we’ll contact you with delivery details, and you’ll receive your beef - cut, packaged, and ready for your freezer.

  • We price at $7.25 per pound hanging weight.

  • Hanging weight is the weight if the animal before it’s fully processed.

    Take-home (processed) weight is what actually goes in your freezer after trimming, deboning, and cutting.
