We take our fullblood Wagyu bull and breed to Angus cows to raise calves that are half Wagyu, half Angus. We believe this cross is the best of both worlds! You get the rich marbling and tenderness from the Wagyu while still having the bold flavor of the Angus.

You reserve a whole, half, or quarter with a non-refundable deposit. Once it’s ready, we’ll contact you with delivery details, and you’ll receive your beef - cut, packaged, and ready for your freezer.

We price at $7.25 per pound hanging weight for bulk beef.
Beef box prices are based on cuts included. Price varies by box.

Hanging weight is the weight if the animal before it’s fully processed.
Take-home (processed) weight is what actually goes in your freezer after trimming, deboning, and cutting.
