**DEPOSIT FOR HALF BEEF — READY IN SEPTEMBER**

TOTAL COST IS APPROXIMATELY $3,200.

Price is based on HANGING WEIGHT and is $7.25/lbs. Approximately 450 lbs. hanging weight. Final pricing is calculated when beef is DELIVERED, not when beef is ordered. Deposit will be deducted from final balance.

Approximately 250 lbs. of beef ready for your freezer. A half cow gives you every cut the animal has to offer!

Approximately 40% will be ground and the remainder will be steaks, roasts, brisket, and other cuts. Steaks will be cut 1 inch thick.

Hanging weight is the weight of the animal before being processed and packaged. Processed weight is how many pounds of beef will be packaged and ready for the freezer. Processed weight of a half is approximately 250 lbs.

Deposits are non-refundable.
