Approximately 40% will be ground and the remainder will be steaks, roasts, brisket, and other cuts.

Price is based on HANGING WEIGHT and is $7.25/lbs. Approximately 450 lbs. hanging weight. Pricing is calculated when beef is DELIVERED, not when beef is ordered.

Half beef will be ready in AUGUST.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Hanging weight is the weight of the animal before being processed and packaged. Processed weight is how many pounds of beef will be packaged and ready for the freezer. Processed weight of a half is approximately 250 lbs.
