TOTAL COST IS APPROXIMATELY $3,200.

CUSTOM CUT to your preferences! After you order, we'll call you and walk through a cut sheet together — thickness, portion sizes, roasts vs. steaks, all your call. Approximately 250 lbs. of beef!

Because this is cut to your exact specs, we ask for a higher deposit than our regular orders. Deposit will be deducted from final balance.

Price is based on HANGING WEIGHT and is $7.25/lbs. Approximately 450 lbs. hanging weight. Final pricing is calculated when beef is DELIVERED, not when beef is ordered.

Hanging weight is the weight of the animal before being processed and packaged. Processed weight is how many pounds of beef will be packaged and ready for the freezer. Processed weight of a half is approximately 250 lbs.

Deposits are non-refundable.
