With every cut the animal has to offer, you’ll enjoy a complete range of steaks, roasts, slow-cook cuts, and everyday essentials: all processed, packaged, and ready to go.

Approximately 40% will be ground and the remainder will be steaks, roasts, brisket, and other cuts.

Price is based on HANGING WEIGHT and is $7.25/lbs. Approximately 900lbs. hanging weight. Pricing is calculated when beef is DELIVERED, not when beef is ordered.

Whole beef will be ready in August.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Hanging weight is the weight of the animal before being processed and packaged. Processed weight is how many pounds of beef will be packaged and ready for the freezer. Processed weight of a whole is approximately 500 lbs.
