**DEPOSIT FOR QUARTER BEEF — READY IN SEPTEMBER**

TOTAL COST APPROXIMATELY $1,600.

Price is based on HANGING WEIGHT and is $7.25/lbs. Approximately 225 lbs. hanging weight. Final pricing is calculated when beef is DELIVERED, not when beef is ordered.

Approximately 125 lbs. of beef ready for your freezer. A quarter cow gives you almost every cut the animal has to offer!

Approximately 40% will be ground and the remainder will be steaks, roasts, brisket, and other cuts. Steaks will be cut 1 inch thick.

Hanging weight is the weight of the animal before being processed and packaged. Processed weight is how many pounds of beef will be packaged and ready for the freezer. Processed weight of a quarter is approximately 125 lbs.

Deposits are non-refundable.
