Our QUARTER BEEF includes a mix of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts, perfect for everyday meals or special occasions.

Approximately 40% will be ground and the remaining will be steaks, roasts, brisket, and more.

Price is based on HANGING WEIGHT and is $7.25/lbs. Approximately 225 lbs. hanging weight. Pricing is calculated when beef is DELIVERED, not when beef is ordered.

Quarters will be ready July/August!

Deposits are non-refundable.

Hanging weight is the weight of the animal before being processed and packaged. Processed weight is how many pounds of beef will be packaged and ready for the freezer. Processed weight of a quarter is approximately 125 lbs.
